With experts who know the multiple adaptation issues in Quebec, and the best ways to popularize them, we will answer the following questions: How to ensure that we have a unifying discourse, which allows both to highlight the need to mitigate climate change, while adapting to it? What are the narratives and communication angles that will communicate the urgency of adapting in Quebec? How to communicate without generating skepticism? And above all, which target audiences should be targeted when talking about adaptation?
