MEDIA ACCREDITATION

1. Register and submit request via the online form

2. Attach a letter of support to the online form (international media only)

Journalists and media personnel who wish to attend Adaptation Futures 2023 must be accredited. Media outside of Canada must submit a letter requesting accreditation of media personnel on official letterhead of a media organization, signed by the Publisher, Editor-in-Chief, or Assignment Editor (along with their contact information). It should be current, and include:

a) the duration of the assignment;
b) verifiable information regarding the reach of the media (print circulation, radio/television audience, digital audiences (web site, social media).

Please address the letter to COPTICOM Strategy and Public Relations and join it to the application (in PDF format) when registering, along with samples, as described below.

Once the media accreditation request is approved, a confirmation will be sent to the email on file.

Approved applications will receive a letter of approval that can be used to support the visa application.

Please note that the letter of approval does not guarantee that the visa application will be approved.

You will need to come in person to collect your media pass.
